Was told they don’t do repairs only replace when I called to get a tyre fixed which burst. I asked the guy to give me... the tyre back as I suspected it could be repaired, I was right. Took it to a tyre shop said he only needed to pump it up and fix a minor hole. Cost me £155 dishonest company never again. I had a puncture this evening and called my own insurance company and they said it could take 4 hours for someone to... come. I looked online and found this company and called them. Spoke to Kevin who was so helpful and understanding. He sent a person round to replace my tyre and my car was back on the road so quickly. Thank you Gary for sorting the tyre out. I happened to have a flat tyre and saw Kevin's van attending to another job nearby (...what I convenient coincidence, I... thought). I approached the van and Kevin was working on the spare tyre of a Range Rover that had not been used for many years (....I was told by the owner of the SUV). I asked Kevin if he would mind to have a look at my car and he insitantly agreed. It turned out my tyre had a cut from hitting a pothole and was irreparable. Unfortunately Kevin didn't have that particular tyre size with him in the van (265/35/R18) but he said he had 80 others - different size. He helpfully gave me the contact of another mate (mobile tyre fitter), who he knew would have the tyre that night. I was waiting for RAC to come to the site, as I had a Roadside Rescue cover with them, so didn't have to call him. The bottom line is that the attitude of Kevin and his readiness to help was commendable. He took off the tyre, found the cut and had to fit it back on the car. Note, that he didn't want a penny for this! Threre are not many people like Kevin around these days, are there?Kevin is a person who cares - an honourable man, a reliable professional who would come to rescue and help you out!
